February 19, 2017 -Giving Love at Samaritan's Place - Silang Cavite

One Heart for Hope visited Friends of Samaritan’s Place, an orphanage in Cavite dedicated to provide high quality care and services to orphan, abandoned, foundling, and surrendered children.

February 22, 2017 - Mission 3 Giving Back 2017 – Sta. Ana, Pampanga

650 children from the poorest families of Sta. Ana were treated with backpacks, school supplies, slippers, hygiene kits, apples and Jolibee lunch. Huge thanks to Divina Macapinlac for coordinating this mission, David Family, Bebe Cayetano and Gina Guarin Garcia for all the leg work from start to finish. A million thanks to all the donors, supporters and volunteers from Pampanga that facilitated and helped in their own way, welcomed us graciously, and ran the outreach successfully and smoothly.

February 21, 2017 - Giving Back Mission 2 - Aetahanan Sta. Rita, Pampanga

One Heart for Hope visited the Aetahanan (shelter/dormitory) in Sta. Rita, Pampanga as a continuing support through education (scholarships), rice and food program, mentoring, livelihood and dormitory improvement. Together with our giving partner, Angels of Hope USA , we are committed to providing a brighter future for the aetas through higher education and better living conditions while attending college.

February 26, 2017 - Mission 4 - Humanitarian/Medical/Optical Outreach - Sto. Domingo, Albay

One Heart for Hope held its first humanitarian outreach and medical/optical mission to approximately 600 underprivileged children and 250 patients from surrounding communities and nearby islands in Sto. Domingo, Albay. Thanks to all our awesome supporters and volunteers from Sto. Domingo, Albay for the well organized and successful humanitarian, medical, optical, livelihood and relief aid mission. Together with our partners in giving, we can impact more lives, create stability and know that there are people who care for them.

February 27, 2017 - Lourdes, Tiwi, Albay Mission - Fishing Boat to Families of Storm Victims

Fishing boats were given to deserving families that has never owned a fishing boat before or lost their only source of livelihood (fishing) due to the devastating storm.

March 1, 2017 - OHFH Philippines Tutorial Center Orientation and Opening Day

The little students at One Heart for Hope Tutorial Center were welcomed by One Heart for Hope Philippines and One Heart for Hope USA with an orientation, programs and gift-giving. One Heart for Hope Tutorial Center provides a free and fun learning environment for at-risk with zero knowledge children from low-income families. These children will develop the academic skills, self-discipline and confidence to excel as they enter elementary education. With highly qualified teachers, the program also includes free snacks or lunch, backpacks, uniforms, hygiene packs and all the school supplies. Heartfelt gratitude to our teachers, ambassadors of hope, volunteers, sponsors and supporters for providing them the gift of education.

June 8, 2017 - Baguio City Gift Giving - OHFH Philippines

200 packs of Gabay Aral Packs were given to 100 children at the Day Care Center at Upper Fairview, Baguio City. Snack packs, shoes, games and prizes were also given as part of the fun-filled visit by OHFH Phils. Thank you to all the generous donors of this back to school giving.

August 7, 2017 - 74 Families Graduated from OHFH Livelihood/Transform Program

74 ultra poor families from Gen San graduated from “Transform Program” - a non-formal adult education for four (4) months to improve the quality of life and wellbeing of their families right in their own communities.These families were trained through partnership with ICM (trainers), on livelihood, health, values and support needed to help them climb out of their crippling poverty. Huge thanks to ICM, Angels of Hope USA and Friends of One Heart for Hope for partnering with our livelihood and transform program. This brings direct impact to around 185 family members (women, children and men).

September 7, 2017 - Dental Mission and Giving– Maiitim, Cavite

72 underprivileged children in Maiitim Elementary School were given primary dental care and dental health education. The majority of treatment provided involved dental extractions since majority of these children have never seen a dentist before. Toothbrush, toothpaste, school supplies were also given to 239 children plus art supplies to support the school’s art education program. One Heart for Hope also donated a water tank that will serve as the school’s main source of water supply. Our sincerest thanks to the group of dentists for their compassion in fulfilling our much needed dental outreach program to the poorest children who cannot afford to go to the dentists - Dr. Malou Cesicar Vales, Dr. Raymond Mendoza, Dr. Corazon Fortuno, Dr. Cecille Caliston Kamantigue, Dr. Tony Dones, Dr. Debbie and Dr. Egay.

December 21, 2017 - OHFH Shares the Gift of Love this Chrismas

This Christmas, One Heart for Hope shares the gift of love to 200 children living in poverty in Valenzuela City. Children received gifts of school supplies, toys, books, and clothings including lunch and snacks. One Heart for Hope students and scholars, together with their families also had their Christmas party at OHFH Learning Center. Thanks to all the donors of One Heart for Hope Phils, Catholic Women's League ~ Parish of the Holy Cross and all the volunteers who opened their hearts to give smiles to many children and families in need this Christmas.

December 24, 2017 - Christmas Kiangan, Ifugao, Mountain Province

One Heart For Hope reached out to Igorot children in the most distant and inaccessible region of the mountainous province of Ifugao, the town of Kiangan on Christmas day. February 27, 2017 - Lourdes, Tiwi, Albay Mission - Giving, Relief Assistance and Livelihood

200 children were victims of powerful typhoon "Nina' that left massive damages and displaced a total of 77,925 families or 340,835 individuals. OHFH was given a wish list of school supplies and other basic needs as they struggle to rebuild and survive. The relief aid was held at beach house of our Bicol coordinator, Virginia Lam. The children received school supplies, slippers, hygiene kits and solar lights for their homes. It followed by lunch, games and entertainment by Jollibee. Immediately after the giving, fishing boats were given to deserving families that has never owned a fishing boat before or lost their only source of livelihood (fishing) due to the devastating storm.
